An eye-class snowman

TODAY'S short post is only loosely related to food.
But it was a story that made me smile laugh so much that I couldn't resist re-telling it.
A work colleague (and fellow foodie) said she'd taken her little girl out in the snow and they'd built a snowman in the garden.
But what did they use to fashion a pair of eyes for Mr Frosty?
In my day, finding perfect peepers usually involved sifting through handfuls of pebbles - and woe betide anyone who had the misfortune of mistaking a stone for a stool...
However, this was clearly a much better class of snowman because they had, instead, used A couple of shallots!
Whatever next? Sticks of chorizo sausage for arms...?
